The challenge

A Real Estate investment house retained JSS Financial Services to appoint a Finance Director based in London. The firm was about to expand significantly, so this was a critical strategic hire. The experience required was complex, given the intricate local finance knowledge necessary for the UK and their locations across Europe.

The solution

After supplying the client with a market overview, we provided a long list to the CFO. Upon consultation, this was narrowed down to a four person interview shortlist. A Finance Director was selected at the end of a five-week process. As part of the interview process, the candidates completed a psychometric testing process via our independent testing provider, which complemented the process very well.
