We are excited to announce the appointment of Steve Hallam as our Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective May 2nd 2023.
With almost 30 years of experience in the industry, Steve brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to JSS Search. He has a proven track record of driving innovation, achieving operational excellence, and delivering strong results in highly competitive markets.
Prior to joining JSS, Steve worked for 20 years with FTSE 250 recruiter PageGroup as Managing Director and more recently as Chief Operating Officer for Montresor Legal, a boutique executive search firm.

Scott and Simon will be working alongside Steve as part of the main board and will continue to play a key part in both operational and strategic activity.
2022 represented a year of significant growth for the business. Headcount grew from 21 people to 64 today, and net fee income rose by 100%. We launched 5 new business areas and in early 2023 opened our first international office in New York.
