Adrian Watts

Adrian has spent the entirety of his recruitment career supporting the Public & Not-for-Profit sectors, which began at a FTSE 250 recruitment business before joining Allen Lane in 2010.  Over 12 years he progressed to become their Managing Director and led the successful growth and diversification of their multi-specialism permanent business; whilst also establishing their Healthcare team across executive, interim, permanent and managed service solutions.

Adrian joined JSS in March 2022 as Director – Public Sector & Not-for-Profit and his role is to lead and grow the practice.  He prides himself on the breadth of his longstanding executive networks and track record of delivery, along with his ability to build high performing (and happy!) teams.
