James Coxhill leads our Tax Practice, partnering with in-house teams to build strong tax functions and supporting tax professionals as they progress in their careers. He recruits across corporation tax, VAT/indirect tax, transfer pricing, employment taxes, and payroll taxes, covering roles from newly qualified through to Tax Director and Head of Tax appointments across the UK.

With over 12 years’ experience in tax recruitment, James has built a well-established network and a deep understanding of the tax profession. His expertise and market insight enable him to consistently deliver strong shortlists and successful outcomes for the organisations and individuals he works with.
