Nichola runs the back office at JSS Search. Having begun her career in recruitment back in 1995, working alongside Simon Smith, Nichola has successfully developed her career within the industry.

Her unique blend of experience includes all areas of office management as well as working in the Finance department of thriving recruitment organisations. This has equipped her to expertly support our overall growth and development.
