The finance team was undergoing a structural transformation. New roles and skill sets were required to be brought in to establish a redesigned finance structure with new reporting processes.
The solution
JSS helped with the recruitment of interim roles to help support the business through the change. JSS was also tasked with finding suitable new permanent employees to build the new finance and reporting function, who were able to hit the ground running.
